Conference fee  

   Registration fee for regular participants includes:
    
·   participation in all sessions,
    
·   conference materials including the program and book of abstracts,
    
·   coffee breaks, a special social programme (to  be announced  later)

   The fee for accompanying persons includes:
    
·    participation in all sessions,
    
·    coffee breaks, a special social programme

   Registration fees for foreign participants are the following:
                                         140 Euro -    before June 31, 2013 
                                         180 Euro -    after June 31, 2013

   Accompanying person*:    80 Euro.

   Registration fees for participants from CIS are the following:
                                          40 Euro -    before June 31, 2013 
                                          60 Euro -    after June 31, 2013

   Accompanying person*:     30 Euro.

   The reduced registration fees for both junior scientists (under 35) and PhD students 
are  the following:
                                        30 Euro  - before June 31, 2013 
                                        40 Euro  - after June 31, 2013.

   Attention! Junior researchers and PhD students should confirm their age and status at
the conference desk.

   Attention! Students do not pay their registration fees.

   The payment of conference fee should be done by bank transfer (see the bank accounts
below).  It is possible to pay in RUR or EURO.  The bank fees are covered by the participant.

   Alternatively, all payment may be done at the conference desk. Every participant will get the
confirmation on the fee payment.

   Cancellation terms

   If the participant would like to cancel his attendance at the Conference “SMT in MB -2013”,
the notification letter  together with the request for the reimbursement of the registration fee
should be sent to the Conference Secretariat

in written form only by fax to +375 17 2095249 or  by e-mail: nanoshells@bsu.by


   In case of cancellation of registration received before and on July 16, 2013 the
reimbursement of the fee, less banking costs will be made to the participant.  In case of
cancellation of registration received from July 16, 2013 till August, 30, 2013 the
reimbursement of the 50% of total fee, less banking costs will be made to the participant.
Refunds will not be issued for cancellations received after August, 30, 2013. All refunds
will be made within 2 weeks after the Conference has been finished.
